"no 6" Friends Gathering part 2

The "no 6" friends gathering has just ended and sadly, the number of people attending this year's gathering is worst than the previous year. Just click here to see for yourself.

(and i, the camera man)

See the difference?

i know that a lot of us are busy with their life. Some, we have already lost contact, others have difficulty in getting here since they are far away and some even far, fAR , FAR, Further! away from asia. ( you know who you are from KL, Australia- ADELAIDE, Singapore, some where in west Malaysia, New Zealand??, Sarawak-sibu..... and some where that i don't know, -lost contact ma- ) pursuing education, life, blabalBLA

So, for the unlucky ones who didn't make it this time, i'm sorry that it might be some technical, miscommunication, lame reason that i have done. But don't worry, this gathering is not the last as it would be an annual event for all of us. So try to make it the next time when we have another one. :)

AND i would correct my mistake and check, recheck and triple check the Guest List so that i won't miss out anyone from either 6 red or 6 yellow from Chung Hua no 6.

So, who did i miss out this time.......

hmm.....

How to get an A+ in chemistry

The following is an actual question given on a University of Washington chemistry mid term.

The answer by one student was so 'pro found' that the professor shared it with colleagues, via the Internet, which is, of course, why we now have the pleasure of enjoying it as well :

Bonus Question: Is Hell exothermic (gives off heat) or endothermic (absorbs heat)?
Most of the students wrote proofs of their beliefs using Boyle's Law (gas cools when it expands and heats when it is compressed) or some variant.

One student, however, wrote the following:
First, we need to know how the mass of Hell is changing in time. So we need to know the rate at which souls are moving into Hell and the rate at which they are leaving. I think that we can safely assume that once a soul gets to Hell, it will not leave. Therefore, no souls are leaving.

As for how many souls are entering Hell, let's look at the different religions that exist in the world today.

Most of these religions state that if you are not a member of their religion, you will go to Hell. Since there is more than one of these religions and since people do not belong to more than one religion, we can project that all souls go to Hell. With birth and death rates as they are, we can expect the number of souls in Hell to increase exponentially.

Now, we look at the rate of change of the volume in Hell because Boyle's Law states that in order for the temperature and pressure in Hell to stay the same, the volume of Hell has to expand proportionately as souls are added.
This gives two possibilities:

1. If Hell is expanding at a slower rate than the rate at which souls enter Hell, then the temperature and pressure in Hell will increase until all Hell breaks loose.

2. If Hell is expanding at a rate faster than the increase of souls in Hell, then the temperature and pressure will drop until Hell freezes over.
So which is it?

If we accept the postulate given to me by Teresa during my Freshman year that, 'It will be a cold day in Hell before I sleep with you,' and take into account the fact that I slept with her last night, then number two must be true, and thus I am sure that Hell is exothermic and has already frozen over.

The corollary of this theory is that since Hell has frozen over, it follows that it is not accepting any more souls and is therefore, extinct......leaving only Heaven, thereby proving the existence of a divine being which explains why, last night, Teresa kept shouting 'Oh my God.'

THIS STUDENT RECEIVED AN A+

HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!!!!

YEAH! is the year of the rat/mouse/mickey mice/hamster whatever you call it. I know that it is kind of late for me to write this post but oh well what to do, i'm not very free and i'm starting to get lazy to blog.. (oh no, bad news)

but at least i write ,okay... it's just that it will take me more time to write a post because i need inspiration and the right mood to write it or else it would be another nonsense post.

The Story....

On the second day of CNY, we(mostly students of 5sc1 2007 and friends) went out together for our CNY visiting! The good news about this year is that most of us can drive already unlike the previous years where we had to rent a bus and squeeze about 20 people inside!

(cny visiting 2006)

See?which reminds me of the awful experience of having to lie down on my friends' thigh at the last row of the bus! That was fine but it's no fun when THEY START TICKLING YOU! YOUR ENTIRE BODY feels like is being crawled by millions of tiny ants . I can't struggle for freedom as there were not enough space - the bus was very crowed already. i was as helpless as a baby, the only option i could do was to laugh.

okay enough with that now.. let's continue

The first house that they visited was my house.

Sadly not everyone did come to my house because most of them were busy during the morning but never there's always another chance. Then we headed to funnyla's house for lunch. The food was fabulous. ( THANKS A LOT FUNNYLA) Sorry that i do not have the photos but i will upload it as soon as i have it.

After the delicious meal we went off to vincent's house but unfortunately some of us ( Jon, nina and i ) did not have the chance to go because my car was involved in an accident. About the accident i will tell you in my other post because i haven't gotten the pics yet~ so sorry for the inconvience.

Even though there was an accident but it didn't stop us from visiting the next house, leon's house

One Big Family. We should do this often

Then we had our dinner at TKM and Clay's house. We went to Tkm's house first before going to clay's house. The foods at tkm's house were filling and nice so does cly's. At cly's we were lucky to be treated with chocolate wine by clay's dad.

After that we have a pit-stop at Nina's house and some of them gambled at her house.

(someone even bet their phone???)

Then finally, the final destination that everyone's wanting for... CLEMENT"S HOUSE! hahaha.
Why? well you can ask clement himself to know why. ( thanks a lot clement for the hospitality and our apologies for going to your house at an unsuitable time.)

Anyways, I wish everyone, wherever you are, no matter how FAR you are now.

i WISH YOU A HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR~!
MAY GOD BLESS YOU TOO!
